ROCKTRON
DEEP
BLUE
Chorus
A chorus unit is standard gear in every players arsenal. This is a smooth, multi-voiced chorus, rich in depth and lush in intensity. Road rugged in Rocktrons tough extruded aluminum chassis, the Deep Blue is an excellent addition to your effects. A cool super bright blue LED will tell you when the pedal is on. The Rate control adjusts the speed of the modulation. Depth control adjusts the amount of modulation. Use the Intensity control to adjust the amount of chorus effect that is added to your signal how much chorus do you want? Its all here in a great package. Chorus pedals usually sound better when placed after distortion in the signal chain. Thus, if you are using stomp boxes, put the Deep Blue pedal after the distortion. If using multiple pedals, such as delays and other modulation effects, try the Deep Blue in different parts of the signal chain until you find the sound you like best. If you have an effects loop in your amplifier, try putting the chorus in the effects loop for a different sound; (just follow the instructions in your amplifier manual when connecting to your effects loop). The Deep Blue has an easy access battery compartment, making changing batteries during a gig a breeze. Need a new chorus? Go DEEP.
ROCKTRON
BIG
CRUSH
Compressor
Rocktron Rocktrons Big Crush is a compressor stomp box for guitar and bass. With performance engineered for low noise and super long sustain, the Big Crush will not compromise your tone. Unlike other compression pedals that can effect your tone and often "fuzz on" as the signal decays, the Big Crush will ring on like you want it to. Controls include Level (to adjust the output), Attack (to adjust the amount of delay before compression occurs), and Sustain (for adjusting the amount of dynamic range limiting). Players can achieve lusher and richer sounds when the Big Crush is combined with other effects such as chorus and flanger. When playing chords without distortion (clean), the sustain control helps all the strings become clearer and more distinct while the overall sound will ring with a similar volume level. The Big Crush will allow you to hear every note great for todays modern players using 7-string guitars or guitars with heavy gauge strings. The basic idea behind a compressor is to make loud sounds softer and soft sounds louder, enabling you to avoid peaks in the sound and keep the volume even. For guitar, it is a consistent volume level across all strings. It also gives you more sustain. As a plucked strings volume dies out, the Big Crush will provide automatic gain control to keep the volume of the note(s) at a consistent level. For bass it is recommended that you use a slower attack speed to avoid over-compression. We recommend placing the Big Crush in your signal chain after the guitar or bass, but before and other processing. Thus, if you are using any other stomp boxes, put the Big Crush first, then followed by your distortion pedal, delay and so on. The Big Crush features a super-bright blue LED, letting you know when the pedal is on. As with all Rocktron stomps, the Big Crush comes in a very tough road worthy extruded aluminum chassis. An easy-access battery compartment makes changing batteries a breeze.

HUSH
The Pedal
HUSH Got noise? Get the worlds foremost noise reduction for guitar players, Rocktrons HUSH®. The HUSH pedal needs no introduction, as it is easily the standard in most touring rigs worldwide since 1984.
If you arent using the HUSH, you arent using real noise reduction for guitar. When used properly, the HUSH will wipe out hiss, unwanted feedback and pickup buzz. The HUSH pedal delivers 65dB of signal cleanup, while your music signal integrity remains unaffected. In other words, get rid of the noise without altering your tone! Guitar Player Magazine wrote that the "HUSH Pedal will work for all guitar-related noise problems: its perfect" and "its potent noise-killing abilities will be fully appreciated." Simply plug the HUSH in AFTER distortion boxes, wah-wahs, noisy vintage effects, or other noisy units and turn the Threshold knob until the noise goes away. Its that easy! You will not find a more effective noise reduction. Unlike noise "gates" that chop off the end of your notes, or ruin your sustain, HUSH the Pedal is actually a form of single-ended noise reduction that tracks your signal all the way and pushes the noise floor below the point where your ear can hear the noise. It does not hurt your sustain or chop off the end of your notes. Simply use the Threshold knob to smooth out your signal while wiping out noise. This is the best friend a guitar player could have! Now hold on, partner. You must pay attention to the proper setup, with the HUSH pedal going AFTER your noisy stomp boxes. The HUSH is not designed to take the input directly from your guitar WITHOUT some processing happening between the guitar and the HUSH noise reduction. When setup correctly, with your signal going from your preamp and effects, or from your distortion and effects, into the HUSH, you WILL be amazed at how it will clean up the excess noise, including pickup buzz! The HUSH can also be used in your amplifiers effects loop. However, if you are running multiple effects through this loop, the HUSH should always be the last dynamic device in the signal chain, but before digital delays or reverbs. The HUSH pedal incorporates the latest version of the HUSH discreet circuitry which also includes Rocktrons patented Variable Integrated Release (V.I.R.) technology. V.I.R. technology utilizes a low-noise VCA with precision detector circuits to achieve the smoothest and most transparent noise reduction possible.

ZOMBIE
Add a new dimension to your sound with Rocktron's Zombie Rectified Distortion stompbox!
ZOMBIE You'll swear your sound gets right up and walks out of your cabinet! With an absolutely monstrously heavy sound, the Zombie creates a rectified asymmetric distortion with user control of the symmetry balance of the distortion output waveform. In essence, this creates the psycho-acoustic 3D sound positioning effect that will make your sound jump out of the cab.The Zombie gives you distortion that cuts through the mix, plus two bands of EQ. A control called STARE adjusts the symmetry of the distortion. Turning the control clockwise increases the symmetry offset of the distortion waveform, while counter-clockwise decreases the asymmetry of the distortion. The SCREAM control adjusts the rectified distortion. Use the LOUDER control to adjust the overall output of the Zombie pedal. BASS control adjusts the bass frequencies and TREBLE control adjusts the overall treble frequencies. The ON LED will light when the Zombie is active. The Zombie is a great choice when used with an ALL TUBE guitar amplifier to deliver rectified distortion. It can take a plain sounding TUBE amp and produce rectified distortion that rivals the sound of the most expensive amplifiers in this class. This monstrously heavy sound will cut through the mix and deliver amazing tone! The Zombie features Rocktrons easy-access battery compartment to make changing batteries during a gig a breeze.

ROCKTRON
SHORT
TIMER
What if the player just wants to add some short, sweet, quick slapback-style delays to his sound? You remember slapbacks, dont you? They ruled the 50s and 60s sound think Rockabilly and Hot Rod and Surf music. Well, going out on a limb here, Rocktron introduces the Short Timer Retro Digital Delay. And some of you are going to think this is cool! With two modes of delay, called (and we made this up), "Short" and "Shorter" to provide a wide range of quick delays that are still the most widely used delay times even in modern music, the Short Timer will NOT stand up to those long delays for length. But then, we dont want it to. Some like it short and sweet. The Level control on the Short Timer adjusts the overall volume of the delay effect. The Regeneration control adjusts the number of repetitions of delay effect. The Time control adjusts the length of delay and is used in conjunction with the Short/Shorter Switch. When the switch is out, (or in the Short position), the delay time in milliseconds is set between 200ms and 400ms. When the switch is in, (or in the Shorter position), the delay time in milliseconds is set between 0ms and 200ms. The actual delay time is then adjusted using the previously mentioned Time control.
