To maintain the highest quality products for our customers, we offer a 48 hr. trial period on guitar purchases to exchange for a guitar of equal or greater value with a full store credit applied towards a different model. Should you decide to exchange your choice, you need to contact us to get a return authorization number. It's important to take extra care of the instrument during this period to avoid scratching or damaging the instrument that will greatly reduce the value of your instrument towards a credit. Shipping cannot be credited. After 48 hours or if you fall in love with your guitar the minute you get it, we always recommend taking care of your investment as it can give you many years of playing pleasure and enjoyment with proper care.
